A broad range of dot blots from Alphadia and D-tek are available for detection of autoantibodies in CTD, sclerosis, myositis, vascu-litis, autoimmune liver disease, autoimmune gastritis, and IBD.
BLUEDIVER COMBI: BlueDiver Combi kits contain a dispenser of 24 nitrocellulose chips. On each chip a specific antigen together with two built-in controls are coated as triplicate microdots. The user can select out of more than 50 different antigens and combine up to 6 antigen chips to create his own immunodot test.
